Many of our members started with a single trip — it's a good way for both sides to know if a longer relationship makes sense. Members receive preferred pricing on additional trips beyond their annual allocation.
Most new members come in through existing members. A referral doesn't guarantee acceptance, but it does mean you move to the front of the review queue. If you don't have a referral, you're still welcome to apply — it just takes longer to get to your application.
Tier changes happen at renewal. If you find Gold Key isn't enough for the year you're having, we can convert mid-year and pro-rate the difference. We don't downgrade mid-year — but we'll talk about it at renewal honestly.
One unused journey can roll into the following year. The membership is annual because the relationship is annual — we plan ahead for you whether you book or not.

You can book a single journey on someone else's behalf, and our team will design it around them once they're ready to share where they'd like to go. Membership, on the other hand, is something that begins directly between us and the traveler — it's a relationship, so we'd want to start that conversation with them, not on their behalf.
