Loch Corrib - 1

Loch Corrib is Ireland’s second largest lake. It straddles two counties in Western Ireland and it’s shores are dotted with meadows, cottages and the impressive Ashford Castle. The lake is clean and clear, one of the best fishing lakes in Western Europe. It’s also serene and one of the most peaceful lakes I’ve ever visited. The lake has 365 islands and bountiful wildlife including birds, mink, otter, deer and more. Being at the edge of Loch Corrib you can’t help but reflect on the moment and be completely and utterly present in the stillness.
