Mistral, the Michelin-starred dining room inside Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni in Lake Como, Italy, is an experience like none other in the region. Executive Chef Ettore Bocchia leads an innovative kitchen that churns out interesting and delicious International fare that makes a lasting impression.

The kitchen is the heart of the hotel and is, essentially, a scientific lab for experiment. The final products that evolve from these experiments are presented, artfully, inside the lakefront dining room for guests to enjoy.

Menus change seasonally and offer local ingredients from purveyors around the lake. You might eat homemade pastas, lake fish, meats sourced from the nearby countryside and more on any given night.

Desserts are impressive, some made before your eyes at the table – like the dry-ice, ice cream.
