I’m not the biggest fan of organized city tours. That’s why, when The Four Seasons Lisbon suggested I experience their special four-hour city tour in a sidecar, I was skeptical. But, I am always up to try new things, so I obliged. I was pleasantly surprised and can easily say it was my favorite part of the entire trip. My driver took me around the entire city, all over Lisbon’s famous seven hills. Neighborhood after neighborhood I was whisked around, like Batman’s Robin, riding in the side compartment of this vespa-like contraption. I stopped at various points to learn about the city’s history and see important monuments. I wore jeans by Balenciaga, a silk and cashmere tee by Rick Owens and black leather combat boots from Gareth Pugh.
