One thing I love about Walter Van Beirendonck is his use of color. The Belgian designer is not afraid to experiment and play with colors which are “typically” not paired together. In his autumn/winter 2014 collection, Van Beirendonck used a beautiful Christmassy green which was prevalent on this beautiful bomber jacket. It was a chilly winter day so I dressed-up and strolled around the city’s beautiful and quaint streets. It was early in the morning so there weren’t too many people, just an opportunity to soak-in the magic of the city. Brussels has an incredible energy and a certain charm that is hard to understand unless you visit – and I loved every minute of it.
