Florence is filled with beautiful photo opportunities. And, of course, beautiful vistas. One of my favorites is atop the Piazza Michelangelo. I drove-up to my favorite spot and stepped out to enjoy the sunny winter day. After taking in the sights, I waked along the road to a nearby church and explored the old stone carvings and statues that filled the front lawns. Columns and a grand staircase were built into the mountain. It was magical. I wore a pair of my favorite (because they’re cozy) Haider Ackermann cashmere sweatpants, a black cashmere Rick Owens asymmetrical sweater and a pair of my favorite Saint Laurent loafers. It was perfect for a comfortable morning.
