Victoria Public Market at the Hudson is a covered, walkable market full of delicious pop-up food vendors and stalls where you can stroll along and sample everything from local seafood to some of the best BBQ in town. The small space offers visitors a moment to relax, in whatever weather, and discover new gastronomic delights that will open-up their taste buds to new and exciting flavors. On a recent trip, I discovered a vendor selling hundreds of boutique and rare chocolates from around the world. There was an incredible sushi place and some of the best fish and chips I’ve had in a long time. Stop-in for lunch or, if you’re on a restrictive diet, for a chance to walk-through and smell your way through the market.
