Hotel Nimb in Copenhagen, Denmark has many restaurants to choose from. One of my personal favorites, is Nimb Brasserie. This fusion of Nordic and French cuisine is prepared beautifully and is a smorgasbord of flavors which make for the most interesting and delightful dinner.
