The Fish Store is our top pick for the best lunch or dinner at Fisherman’s Wharf in Victoria, British Columbia. Aside from its charm (housed in a floating shack right on the water in the wharf’s colorful village), the restaurant churns-out the best seafood options in town.

Being that the establishment is North America’s first certified “Ocean Wise” restaurant and store, you can bet that the seafood sold here is sustainable and caught in a way that is respectful and doesn’t harm the oceans. You can order everything from fish and chips, salmon sushi “wraps”, fresh oysters, muscles, crab, grilled fish and more. Each option is delectable and will keep you coming back for more. I ate here three times during a three day stay in the city – it’s that good.
